HOW TO ORDER?
After clicking ‘ADD TO CART’ at the product(s) you want to order, you can see your order in the Shopping Cart. Once you click at the Shopping Cart button, you can fill in your personal details and finish your order.

PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Euro’s and include VAT. You can pay with IDEAL, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Bancontact/Mister Cash.

RETURN POLICY
If you want to return an item, follow the next steps:
– Contact ANN JOLIE within two weeks, after you have received your order by email info@annjolie.com.
– Mention the product(s) you want to return. If you want to exchange an item, mention this. Please, also mention your personal details.
– Return the order within two weeks, after you have received your order to ANN JOLIE in the original packaging.
Notes:
– You can only return items that are not damaged and not used/worn.
– ANN JOLIE reserves the right to refuse items that are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or have not been send in the original packaging.
– Sale products cannot be returned.
– We advise you to send back the package with registered mail
– When your returned item is received and approved, you will receive your money in the same way as you ordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that the amount will be paid within a few days. Please note that the refund on the credit card always depends on your bank.
